PC Repairs
At Premier IT Solutions, we feel that it is imperative to meet the needs of people and businesses. We know that it isn't always cost effective or easy to bring your pc to a repair centre, especially if the fault proves to be a trivial one. We therefore offer the service whereby we will visit you at your home or office and diagnose the fault(s) onsite.

For all repairs we provide an initial diagnosis and estimate**. We then complete possible upgrades or repairs onsite, ensuring that your computer system works properly before we leave. If in the event that parts need to be purchased or the task at hand is a lengthy one we would take the pc back to our clinic and carry out the necessary work there, with the aim to return the pc in three working days, parts pending. In most cases, all work can be done in a single visit.

Network Installations
Networks are the best way of saving money by sharing resources with computers. Whether it's for sharing the Internet, files, printers or just playing games between two or more pcs or across the internet we can make a network that's right for you! Network Installations can include the following:

• Installing network interface cards, access points, gateways, routers and switches (purchased separately)
 • Installing drivers and software provided with the networking equipment
 • Configuring wireless security settings on wireless networks
 • Setting up file and printer sharing over the network
 • Setting up Internet connection sharing
 • Fully testing all connections

PC Annual Service
PCs are becoming faster and software is becoming more and more demanding. A PC Annual Service helps ensure that your PC is set up to make the most of all the latest developments. This is also an ideal opportunity to discuss with an expert technician about any upgrades you might want or need.

At Premier IT Solutions we've designed our PC Annual Service around you and your PC. As every Annual Service will be on-site in your own premises we give a personal one-to-one technical service at your convenience. A PC Annual Service includes:

 • A real one-to-one assessment of your computing needs at your home or office.
 • Optimization of your PC to make it faster.
 • Checking of internal components.
 • Checking that your hardware is correctly installed on your PC.
 • Advice on file management to release any tied-up memory.
 • Virus check and removal.
 • Removal of Spy-ware software.

PC Upgrades
Installing upgrades can be tricky. At Premier IT Solutions we can do it for you, either in your home or office, so you know it's been done correctly and is ready to use. Upgrade Installation includes:

 • Installation of any upgrades even if the upgrade was not bought from us
 • Checking suitability and resolving any compatibility issues
 • Installing any software provided with the upgrade
 • Testing upgrade or peripheral to ensure it is working correctly
 • Installing to any brand of PC
