As an authorised reseller for DELL we can provide you with an extremely reliable computer at a very competitive price. The services we provide for new products are as follows:

1. We will meet or consult with you to identify your requirements and present you with a list of recommended computers or laptops and their specifications and prices.

2. Once you have chosen a computer or laptop we will order the computer for you. The price of the equipment will either equal or be lower than the price published on the Dell Website or any of their newspaper and TV deals.

3. We will provide you with the option of us reviewing the software installed on the PC and optimising it's capabilities. This process includes:

• Setting up the computer for the correct person(s)
• Updating all Windows XP / Vista / Windows 7 components
• Removing the Dell applications that are not required from the computer
• Installing software to ensure you are protected against Viruses, Spyware, Malware & Adware programs
• Providing you with the training guides for using the software mentioned above
• Installing any other software onto the PC that you may have purchased
• Organising and optimising Windows XP / Vista / Windows 7 to be more user friendly
• Streamlining the programs that are running in the background of Windows XP / Vista / Windows 7
• Removing any redundant files and settings to free up hard-drive space
• Defragmenting the hard drive

This service will be charged at £100.00* (2 hours)

4. We will install your PC either in your home or office. You can rest assured that all complex procedures of setting up your PC are taken care of. A PC Installation includes:

• Checking and installing your new PC and all other PC related purchases.
• Starting up the PC and setting up the windows operating system.
• Installing drivers and software that will be required to make the products work.
• Setting up your Internet and E-Mail access (either Broadband or Dial-Up)
• Testing PC, printer, scanner and peripherals.
• Familiarizing you with your new PC.
• Transferring any data and information from an old PC to the new one.
• Dealing with any other issues you may have

This service will be charged at £50.00* per hour.
